The purpose of WHITMAN YOUTH SOCCER shall be to foster, promote and advance the understanding and development of youth soccer to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its members to aid in achieving the above stated purpose; to promote goodwill, sportsmanship and good welfare among its members.
