Twin Lakes Soccer Association is a non-profit/tax exempt organization whose purpose shall be to foster and advance the cause of soccer within the territory under the jurisdiction of this association and to promote good sporting behavior. TLSA shall provide for the control, regulation, education regarding and promotion of soccer in the Mountain Home/Twin Lakes area for all levels of play allowed by the Arkansas State Soccer Association (ASSA).
