The purpose of the Thibodaux Soccer Association (TSA) shall be to develop, promote, advance, and administer the sport of Soccer among youth and adults registered with the Association. These efforts will hopefully reach out to children in under served and socio-economically disadvantaged areas in order or offer them an on-going program of positive sports activities through soccer.
