Established in 1976 as a non-profit organization, SCSC provides a youth soccer program serving the enrollment boundaries for the Salmon Creek, Chinook, and Felida elementary school areas. While only a handful of teams were formed thirty years ago, the club has grown by nearly 300% since 1989-and will likely double in size during the next five years, causing serious growing pains. Purpose: To promote and develop the game of soccer; To organize and administer the game for our youth; To establish uniform rules applicable to youth soccer competition; To provide membership programs; To administer and conduct competitions.
