The mission of the Orcutt United Soccer League (OUSL) is to develop sportsmanship, teamwork spirit, technical and tactical skill opportunities in order to contribute to the betterment of the youth and adult community. We also intend to meet the challenges of the future with the continuous improvement for the development of related skill activities such as administration, management, coaching, and refereeing the game of SOCCER.
