Marysville Youth Soccer Club is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code; and for the promotion and direction of all youth soccer activities of its members within the Marysville, Washington School District boundaries and within the guidelines of the revenue code.
