The Livingston Parish Soccer Association (LPSA) is a non-profit organization affiliated with Louisiana Soccer Association (LSA) and is run entirely by local volunteers. LPSA adheres to the guidelines of US Youth Soccer to ensure development of soccer knowledge and skills are age appropriate and a beneficial experience is available to all players.
