Greene County Soccer Association (GCSA) purpose: Instruct area youth for the purpose of improving and developing their capabilities in the participation and organization of competitive soccer; Provide training in the activity of soccer in a physically and technically educational manner; Conduct youth league competition and prescribe eligibility rules for contestants;Educate youth in the spirit and rules of good sportsmanship and fair play.
