The El Cerrito Futbol Club has three core values: PLAYER DEVELOPMENT, PLAYER HEALTH & SAFETY. COMMUNITY. ECFC’s mission is to provide a youth soccer experience differentiated by the organization’s faithfulness to its core values of Player Development, Player Health & Safety, and Community. Most youth sports organizations promote similar values, but claiming them and living them are two different things. ECFC mission is simply to be successful at consistently putting its core values at the center of every decision. Achieving this alone will be a compelling differentiator of the club’s programs.
