EDISON UNITED SOCCER ASSOCIATION is A NEW JERSEY NONPROFIT CORPORATION. The purposes for which the corporation is organized, and at all times thereafter shall be operated, shall be to support and promote the sport of youth soccer in the Township of Edison, New Jersey; to teach good sportsmanship and teamwork; and to engage in such additional after-school educational, training and development activities as shall further such purpose, all in accordance with the requirements of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the code).
