EAST TENNESSEE SOCCER FEDERATION, INC., is a non-profit organization. The purpose of The Federation is to develop the youth athlete into the best possible soccer player while fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and commitment, and to promote soccer in Northeast Tennessee.
