Chula Vista Rangers Soccer Club Mission Statement: To create, develop, foster and administer the most competitive soccer program for youth of all ages in the San Diego area. Our first priority is to develop and maintain a fun and competitive environment while still stressing sportsmanship, and player improvement. We are committed to the improvement of all aspects of each player’s game through skill development, coaches’ training, and parent education programs.
