Chandler Soccer Academy was founded in 2007 by Mike Miller and Stuart Koziol. Our first year included four teams, a single U12 girls team and U8, U10, and U12 boys teams. We are proud of the outcome of our inaugural season with marked improvement in team and individual play. Chandler Soccer Academy was started with the goal of satisfying a niche between recreational play and the year-round commitment of modern club soccer. We believe that players will learn and advance their skill at a more effective pace if the soccer season has a defined end which affords them the opportunity to participate in other sports or activities. Another key objective of the Chandler Soccer Academy is to offer players age/skill relevant instruction at a lower overall cost. One area where we have been able to pass along savings to participating families is through volunteer coaching. The volunteer model has been proven successful in other youth sports and we believe soccer should be no exception.
