BEYSC is located in Burlington, Wa., and is a division of Skagit Valley Youth Soccer Association (SkVYSA) . The purpose of this organization is to provide recreational soccer to the youths of Skagit County in a safe manner, on adequate fields and under the supervision of qualified coaches, so that the participants may enjoy soccer while becoming physically fit and better skilled in the sport.
