BSC is a nonprofit organization and shall comply with laws and regulations governing tax exempt, nonprofit organizations as established by the United States Internal Revenue Service and other relevant government authorities. The purpose of the BSC shall be to provide recreational and competitive soccer programs for the residents of Baraboo and surrounding areas.
