Since 2000 CapoKids’ teachers have been changing lives in Sarasota. The CapoKids after school program is a great way for your child to release that extra energy in a safe, fun, and constructive way after he/she leaves school and before he/she gets home. It’s no surprise to our highly trained staff that more and more teachers, principals, and doctors are recommending martial arts training for children. Capoeira increases: Self esteem, Coordination, Flexibility, Gymnastics ability, Listening skills, Respect, Grades. Martial arts, gymnastics, music, Portuguese, do their homework and much more all before you are off work, so after 6:00pm is just FAMILY TIME.
