In partnership with Waterbury Public Schools and with support from the State of Connecticut Department of Education 21st Century Learning Center, the Mattatuck Museum welcomes K-12 students throughout the academic year for after-school academic and fine arts enrichment learning opportunities. These safe and high-quality programs offer homework support, increase student knowledge about their community, and help them gain lifelong benefits such as an appreciation for the arts history, and museums. All programs further student achievement by providing meaningful opportunities to collaborate with peers and develop critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
