The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix enables all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The Louis & Elizabeth Sands Branch was built in 1985 and opened its doors in 1986. The Sands Branch is located in an area of the Valley with many kids, and over 200 young people attend the Club every day. In addition to the traditional after-school programming, Sands also offers a Before School Program starting at 6:30 AM. The Branch is conveniently located across the street from a local elementary school, making it easily accessible.
