The goals of Youth Link are as follows:
* to increase attendance in school
* to increase performance in school
* to increase social skills
* to increase organizational skills
* to increase the skills of families in addressing their child's academic and emotional needs
* to involve youth in their community via volunteer service
* to decrease or avoid school office referrals
* to decrease or avoid involvement in the juvenile justice system
