We are lucky enough at Calvert Elementary to be selected as a Title One Targeted Assistance School. This allows us to have additional resources that provide academic support for eligible students. Students are considered for this program based on multiple criteria. The intent of the program is to provide additional skill reinforcement in the areas of Reading and Math. Additional staff has been assigned to our building for the purpose of working with the classroom teachers to provide the students with additional time. Our Title one teachers are Mrs. Brandi Taeschner, and Mrs. Shannon Scott-Leach. Most services will be delivered within the instructional day. Our students’ progress is monitored and this information is shared with parents so you can see the progress your child has made.
