The Hockomock Area YMCA Nursery Schools strives to create a warm, structured environment in which preschool children develop a positive self-image through activities that enhance individual skills, as well as positive group interaction. Social, motor, and academic development is promoted through fun hands-on activities in science, math, language, listening, and verbal skills. Special components include swim, music, gym, Spanish, and local field trips. Our programs focus on activities that promote character development in Caring, Respect, Honesty, and Responsibility.
