The Beacon Center, under the direction of the Flushing YMCA, is a collaborative effort between the following agencies: NYC Department of Education, Region 3, and New York Junior Tennis League, Out of School Time- Community Outreach to School and Youth. The Beacon serves as a safe haven for youth and adults in the community by providing quality, value-based learning and skill building activities. The agencies of the Beacon reflect the diversity of the community while providing free programs and services to youth and adults for over 10 years.
