To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. The Joel E. Smilow Clubhouse and Teen Center at Rainier Vista gives kids a place to call their own, where they can have fun, get a hot meal, be creative, be a part of a team, get help with homework…or just hang out with friends. We offer a safe, fun, inclusive, and inspiring place that kids and their families count on—every day.The Joel E. Smilow Clubhouse and Teen Center at Rainier Vista is a dedicated youth service agency, serving young people ages 5 to 18. Our programs include after school drop-in activities, summer, winter and spring full day camps for Club Members from Kindergarten through 8th grade, as well as outreach programs for teens, including some late night activities and Keystone Club. Participation in our programs requires only a Boys & Girls Club membership ($36 per year), and minimal program fee for after school drop-in programs, day camps and early release days. The Club also offers volunteer, community service, and employment opportunities for youth and teens Together we’re changing lives.
