EMU Bright Futures is so excited to be a part of the Estabrook community! We strive to create opportunities for 2nd-5th grade students to explore, learn, have fun and participate in community building and leadership activities/projects. The program runs Monday through Thursday, directly after school for three hours (3:20p.m.-6:20p.m.) It includes snack, homework time, fitness, various clubs (lego, cooking, dance, music, arts and crafts, sports, games, etc.) and reflection. During academic time, staff will be available to help students complete their homework from the school day. We hope to provide students with a service that will help them grow as individuals, as well as a group within the Ypsilanti community. We encourage parent and family involvement and will be providing many opportunities for you to be a part of our program this year. There is also a six-week summer program that runs Monday through Thursday from mid-June to late July.
