<p>This is a dead end organization. The disrespect I have received is outrageous and has gave me unbelievable pain. This Xcel Program needs to hire better employees and actually hold them accountable for their actions towards students. This program should be fun for students and help them with future goals but instead they put down students because of their race, family income status, disability and etc. Just because of their bad mentors and Future Hopes & Dreams Director they'll never be able to get students to reach or see their full potential. </p>
