NCJC offers school and center based licensed before and after school programming. These programs utilize volunteers and other community based agencies to provide activities to youth enrolled. Our current and past partners include the Iowa Youth Writing Project, 4-H, Girl Scouts, and the University of Iowa College of Public Health.
