Details:	We are a professional martial arts school focused on fitness, focus, self-control and self defense. We teach children to adults [4 to 104 years old]. Our styles are non contact so we do not spar. We do train to develop great power and focus in our techniques. Our family martial arts utilizes the Aikido and CKD styles. We also work with children who need extra help with focus and self control. We have a licensed Brain Gym instructor on staff and we can give private lesson to those who need individual attention. Brain Gym is a series of 26 basic movements that help the child learn self control and focus. For the older children we have Bal-A-Vis-X, which utilizes balance boards, sand bags, and bouncing racquet balls to raise their level of focus tremendously. We can show improvement in school work and study habits in only a few short weeks. For the moms, we also have ZUMBA and ZUMBA FITNESS. This is a great fun way to keep fit and trim. We have one fifth degree instructor in Traditional Aikido, 3 fourth degree instructors in ChoiKwangDo, and two second degree instructors in ChoiKwangDo. We also have a licensed Brain Gym instructor on staff, a certified Zumba instructor and several staff trained in Bal-A-Vis-X. We are the ONLY martial arts and fitness school that is able to work closely with special needs children and adults. Our Zumba instructor will put you through your paces and you will enjoy the fantastic work out. The Aikido instructors will show you the intricacies of falls, blocks, weight shifting, and locks. The ChoiKwangDo instructors will keep you fit from your very core where all training should start. ChoiKwangDo is designed to keep you fit from ages 4 to 104. Our oldest student is 66 and just received has a fourth degree black belt. The movements are designed to improve and increase mobility and range of motion. The punches and kicks actually improve joint health and the core activation helps with balance and coordination. We are a family martial art school and we encourage the entire family to train. We have the some of the lowest prices for family training. Our Brain Gym instructor will work with children and adults to improve focus, control, self confidence, eye tracking and teaming, study habits, and self esteem. The 26 basic exercises are easy to learn and use. Most children begin doing them as they need them after only a few weeks. To enhance the Brain Gym movements, we use Bal-A-Vis-X with the teenage and adults who need focus help. After just a few lessons, many children are able to sit down and start studying quickly.
