The Ann Arbor College of Martial Arts (A2CMA) was founded by several alumni of the Godai Ninpo Association (GNA), a student organization at the University of Michigan. GNA thrived on the University of Michigan campus for six years, at which point it had expanded to a size that the University could no longer accommodate it with a suitably sized training location. Instead of renting a space for private training off campus, the alumni of the GNA decided to open a commercial school, thereby giving back to the community through sharing their training with the people of Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. Today, A2CMA is dedicated to providing a place of personal wellness and learning for those seeking self-mastery. From children's programs to adult self-defense and fitness programs, A2CMA is committed to providing premier services in every field.
