Southern Maryland Martial Arts has been offering instruction and training in Taekwondo since 1993. Located in Bryans Road and LaPlata MD, Southern Maryland Martial Arts has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

With a staff of expert instructors, Southern Maryland Martial Arts offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in Taekwondo.
