Located in Takoma Park (Silver Spring area), Maryland, a suburb of Washington, D.C. Gentle East has been a mainstay in the Washington, D.C. community, providing martial arts classes and Taekwondo training for over twenty-five years. The Master Instructor and owner is Master John L. Holloway, 7th degree Black Belt, who served on the Executive Committee of the then United States Taekwondo Union (USTU).
