Kazoku is a Japanese word that means family or inner circle of friends. Our goal is to provide everyone in the family an environment where they can relax and participate in the classes of their choice. Several martial arts programs and an aerobics program are being offered. Each program has its own schedule. Come join us and be fit. We are all working together to improve our physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
