Salem Self Defense Center offers reality based self defense and fitness for children and adults, featuring Krav Maga, the Official Self Defense and Conditioning Program of the IDF. We are New Hampshire's only KMW Licensed Facility.

For those of you who are just interested in fitness we have an excellent conditioning class featuring cardio, kettle bell, medicine ball, heavy bag, speed bag, and double ended bag training.
