Located in Worcester, Ma, the Seven Hills Tae Kwon Do (TKD) is an organization focused on the more traditional style of TKD which covers: forms (Hyungs), one-step sparring, breaking, self-defense and sparring: areas often over looked by today's TKD schools.

Training in the Seven Hills Tae Kwon Do Club consists of two hour classes, twice a week.

Classes are designed so students are continuously moving and engaged in class participation.

We do not have any long term contracts, so students are free to come and go with no penalties.

Potential students are encouraged to participate in a few free classes and decide whether or not Tae Kwon Do is for them.

Our two hour classes ensure that no aspect of training is neglected and high standards are maintained.
