Over 30 years martial arts and teaching experience. Trained in various styles of the martial arts in the U.S. Air Force. Traveled and competed in Tae Kwon Do worldwide. Five-time U.S National Team Manger. Studied with Grand Master Hwang for over 25 years. Promoted to 5th degree black belt in the International Tae Kwon Do Federation (ITF) in September 1998 .Assisted with seminars and promotional testing for the ITF. In his career, Master Shugart has trained nearly 5,000 students.
