We offer classes with a focus on Danzan Ryu Jujitsu and martial arts for students of all ages. We incorporate learning about balance and control through rolling and falling exercises, hand escape arts, throwing arts and combination techniques. Benefits include building self-confidence, discipline and fitness while focusing on self-defense techniques.
