Sajido is a conflict resolution system based off Tae Kwon Do that uses a transitional stance to incorporate elements from many other styles such as Muay Thai, Aikido, Hapkido, Kenpo, American Karate, and many others.

AIKIA has recognized Sajido as a unique system due to the simultaneous use of the hands and feet. Grandmaster Jim Sams is certified by AIKIA as an 8th Dan and has developed a following at each year's Karate College held in Radford, VA.
