Detail: At Shinsei Martial Arts & Fitness Center we don’t teach just kicking, punching and martial arts. (Shinsei - New Life) focuses on character development. Using the "Fruit of the Spirit" as our foundation, we look to help students transform in to a well-rounded person. Our instructors work with our students to build their confidence, self-esteem, expect, better focus and discipline along with the curriculum. We accept students as early as 4 years old and our schedule includes adults, teens and youth, family classes and 4-6 year old (Peaceful Warriors) classes.
