Southington Martial Arts (S.M.ARTS) is an Experience Martial Arts, Karate, Boxing and Fitness Center located in Southington, CT. At S.M.ARTS, we teach you awareness, self defense, concentration and focus. Martial Arts (Traditional Karate) also promotes strong leadership skills because students work with each other under the guidance of an Martial Art’s instructor. This teaches a more experienced Karate student to work on their leadership skills by passing along information that they have gathered over the years.
