We offer a complete MMA program and are the only place in Connecticut to offer authentic Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We are proud members of the Renzo Gracie team and family; home to 3 UFC champions, 2 current and many more Pro MMA athletes. We are also the home of countless Jiu Jitsu World Champions. Our vast network of resources allow us to help students with whatever their personal goals are in CT Jiu Jitsu.
