At the Academy of Kempo it is our goal to provide you and your children with the highest quality of martial arts training. Along with the physical aspects the martial arts it is equally important to develop the mental aspect.

Our program emphasizes a strong body and a strong mind. A strong body is only half of our martial arts program; the other half works on a strong mind by incorporating the behaviors of respect, self discipline and self control.
