Colorado Academy of Martial Arts, located just south of Denver in downtown Littleton, was founded in 1967 and is the national headquarters of Seizan Ryu, an eclectic Japanese style of martial arts which is grounded in the study and practice of proper body mechanics and mindset. Students are motivated to practice at CAMA for many different reasons: the need for self-protection skills, the drive to become more effective leaders; the desire to "fight the enemy within" by forging the life skills which link martial arts to the development of character.
