This karate school was founded by Mr. Hernandez and family on August 10th. 1998. We have classes monday through friday . The children classes are set up to be safe , fun and educational . There is a lot of exercise to improve motor skills , physical fitness , and basic stances , blocks , and strikes. The school breaks up the lessons in several catagories...The formalities are important so that the new member understands the ( Dojo ) School etiquette. Basic fundamentals .... Every students must learn their stances , blocks , srikes , and pre arranged moves . ( Kata ) The forms are patterns of techniques that teach the basics in a self defense setting . Self defense is taught after the student has learned the formalities , basic fundamentals , and forms ( Kata ) . Our sparring classes are safe and well controlled.

Karate is an old method of self preservation , good health , and self defense . The philosophy of being humble and non violent is the highest skill . Confidence , self control , discipline and respect are the keys to our program.
