Our goal at Contra Costa Budokan Martial Arts Academy is to create and deliver tools that empower you to achieve your full potential by breaking through self-limiting beliefs. We help you see the invisible, feel the intangible, and create the impossible. Through the practice of bujutsu (self-defense) and budo (self-development) you have experiences that develop physical skills for effective self-defense and protection.
