Conveniently located in Los Altos, California, just off Highways 280 and 85, Foothill Martial Arts has as its mission to help individuals to feel more confident in themselves, help parents teach their children to be good citizens, and teach students of all ages practical self defense skills.

Headed by Sensei Jeff Dillard and a staff of experienced instructors, Foothill Martial Arts offers a number of programs for students of all ages. We teach traditional Japanese Shotokan karate in a structured setting designed to promote the development of self-discipline and confidence in our students.
