The WILSON YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including without limitation the purposes of developing, promoting and administering the game of soccer and developing and promoting physical fitness, character and competition appropriate for the ages and athletic abilities of team participants. The Corporation is a nonprofit corporation and as such it has no capital stock. The Corporation will organize youth soccer leagues and promote soccer dedication and training for the youth of Wilson County, North Carolina. The Corporation will teach and promote soccer skills and good sportsmanship. The Corporation will endeavor to centralize soccer interests in Wilson County, North Carolina and thereby provide a service to the community and the sport.
