Twin County Soccer Association is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1996 specifically to develop promote, and govern the game of soccer among youth (under 19 years of age) within the state of New Jersey, specifically in the counties of Ocean at Monmouth. TCSA advocates player development in a positive environment that emphasizes good sportsmanship and respect for the game. This encompasses players, coaches, parents, and referees and requires respect for all individuals associated with New Jersey Youth Soccer.
