The purpose of North Smithfield Youth Soccer Association shall be to dedicate itself to the best interests of youth soccer, with particular emphasis on the organization, promotion, regulation and development of youth soccer within the Town of North Smithfield. The Corporation shall exercise complete control over youth soccer within said Town except in those matters reserved by the United States Soccer Federation (“USSF”), the United States Youth Soccer Association (“USYSA”) and Soccer Rhode Island (“SRI”).
