Missouri City United Soccer Association, a Texas nonprofit corporation (hereinafter the “Club”), was incorporated pursuant to the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act, as amended (the “TNPCA”), on October 15, 2006. The principal goal and objective of the Club is to conduct its operations in a manner that serves the best interests of the members participating in the Club’s soccer programs.
