The Delaware Youth Soccer Association, Inc. (DYSA). The goal of DYSA is to provide a governing body at the state level to function as an administrator of the policies and procedures set forth by the National and International organizations. Our philosophies mirror those of these organizations in supporting the concept of Fair Play, while providing a safe and organized playing environment for our youth soccer players.
