To educate children and parents about the game of soccer. To teach skills that develop better individual and team players. To promote team play and sportsmanship through the game of soccer. To educate coaches and provide programs for their improvement.To provide the opportunity and resources for youth to play soccer year round.To work consistently and harmoniously with the Recreation Departments form Clifton Forge, Covington, and Alleghany County in working to build a better soccer program.
